Product Update: Payments Feature
With our latest update, mobile users can make payments directly through the Customer Portal Web App.
Mobile users can use Livegenic Payments by opening the Customer Portal Web App, and then confirming the amount and payment destination. Payments will be automatically cleared by the bank of the account holder; currently, Payment Express is supported.
Thanks to this feature, insureds will have access to a simplified and accelerated payments process. They can see real-time information about charges, and can easily track and manage their payments on the go. Custom step-by-step directions help guide mobile users through a fast and easy process.
