Product Update: Livegenic Drone Integration
Livegenic is happy to announce that Drone Integration is now live for the Livegenic platform.
As part of our mission to reduce claims processing time, the Livegenic Web Portal now supports drone integration for virtual claims collaboration and remote claims processing. 
As insurance carriers continue to recognize the growing usefulness of drones, their popularity is on the rise across the industry. Carriers are now utilizing drones throughout the inspection lifecycle - from gathering initial data, to aiding in preventative maintenance, to assessing damage after an event - and many of our clients and partners have already integrated drones into multiple stages of their workflows.
To take this next step in supporting drone inspections, we’re releasing a completely new integration platform that is compatible with the majority of the drone systems currently on the market.
How it Works
Using the drone integration is fast and easy - with one click an adjuster can send an invitation link to the drone operator, who then adds that link to their flight App in order to stream the drone footage directly to the Livegenic claim file.
With real-time video capabilities, a drone operator in the field can work with a remote adjuster and show live video direct from the drone itself. This allows the adjuster to direct the operator, collect relevant footage, and significantly improves the speed and accuracy of the adjustment process.
As with all Livegenic content, the recorded drone footage is automatically recorded and stored in the Livegenic claim file where adjusters can review the video, add tags, create bookmarks, and generate reports - all within one elegant system. 
In addition to the base version of this integration, Livegenic provides toolkits for full automation of the process, allowing for the creation of custom Apps for drone workflows that completely automate the process of integrating with drone systems. Regardless of whether our base integration or a completely custom solution is used, Livegenic will always provide comprehensive and user-friendly tools for the insurance industry with the outstanding video and service quality.
