Letter From the CEO: Marching Toward a Bright and Healthy 2021!

To all of our clients, partners, colleagues, and friends:

As we close the book on 2020, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what we have accomplished, despite the global challenges we have all faced. For many reasons, this has been a watershed year for Livegenic – from our acquisition by Claim Central, to our highest-ever increase in claims volume. I’m incredibly proud of how our team has adapted and grown to fit this new normal, and I’m eager to see how that progress continues in the new year.

Throughout this pandemic, many of our clients and partners have faced an uncertain economy that necessitated rapid and substantial change to their businesses. But the challenges of the past 10 months also gave Livegenic the opportunity to showcase the full value our platform, and we’re incredibly proud to have been able to help our clients continue providing exceptional service throughout this difficult year. These circumstances have cemented the value of our solutions - virtual claims processing is essential, now more than ever.

While the events of 2020 have prompted many changes, the biggest development for Livegenic was the finalization of our partnership with Claim Central. After many years of working side by side, the opportunity arose to join the Claim Central family and bring both businesses together. Even though our union is only a few months old, it has already provided Livegenic with a host of new resources which have enabled us to offer a truly end-to-end inspection and collaboration solution. We are eager to continue enhancing our platform, and to deliver a faster, smarter claims experience that will elevate claims servicing operations on a global scale.

On a more direct note, I have been personally thrilled by the exceptional utilization of our platform across the board. In a single year, the number of claims processed through Livegenic has more than doubled; and as we continue to expand within the United States, our traction in Europe, Africa, and Australia have increased substantially as well. Our development team has done a fantastic job enhancing the Livegenic platform, and thanks to their efforts we were able to add many incredible new solutions in 2020, like the new Self Service Portal and Inspection Workflow Tool.

We’re eager to continue building upon these successes in the new year by bringing three new Artificial Intelligence solutions to the market: Computer Vision-based Measurements, Subrogation Analysis, and a Fraud Detection system based on the Livegenic AI engine. Together with Claim Central, we’re piloting several joint solutions on intelligent automation, and we aim to provide a truly open marketplace that connects our partners and clients with an entire network of other InsurTechs and services. Stay tuned for more updates on this in early 2021!
