Livegenic – A Year in Review
This was a very busy and exciting year for the Livegenic Team. Fueled by the ever increasing popularity and visibility of InsurTech, Livegenic has continued to enjoy ongoing success and recognition as a leader of new innovative thinking and technological solutions.
We’ve experienced exciting growth, expanding our team, raising capital, and forging relationships through long lasting partnerships. Livegenic helped insurance organizations process more than 20,000 claims, helping many policyholders through their most difficult times. 19 insurance carriers across 3 continents have now had their claims process accelerated by Livegenic, and we're just getting started.
Of all our accomplishments, this year I am most proud of the Team’s continuous evolution of the Livegenic vision. Working with our clients, we’ve grown from a Live Video Platform, to a Real-Time Collaboration Platform that accelerates every part of the claims process. We’ve also expanded beyond, into areas such as Underwriting, Loss Control, and Workers’ Comp. We are the first to combine Live Video Collaboration with Customer Self-Service, Field Loss Documentation and Appraisal Automation solutions - all under one easy to use, cloud based platform.
Our conference booths have been constantly full of people, excited about what we had to offer. Meanwhile, industry leaders have voted on multiple occasions to select us as one of the key technology providers to impact insurance, inviting our team to take part in Silicon Valley’s Plug and Play Insurance Program and work alongside Plug and Play's Corporate Partners, made up of many of the top carriers around the world who are looking to drive the future of insurance.
As we head into the Holiday Season and the New Year, I’d like to take a moment to thank all of our clients and partners. Your recognition and support has helped us achieve so much in such a short time, and we can’t wait to show you what else we have in store.
