Guidewire Integration – Updated Features and Capabilities for V1.1
ClaimCenter users can now take advantage of several advanced capabilities, including:
- Claim-Level Service Request Support
- Livegenic Activities Automation
- Access Livegenic through the Assessment Screen
To help make managing content easier, Livegenic service requests are now supported at the Claim-Level, so adjusters can use a single Livegenic file as part of a claim, or as part of specific exposure.
In order to help adjusters stay connected to what’s happening in their claims, Livegenic will now automatically generate New Activities in ClaimCenter when content is uploaded.
With the added support for Livegenic on the ClaimCenter Assessment Screen, adjusters have one-click access to the Livegenic claim file.
The first version of the Livegenic-Guidewire integration module (learn more here) was focused on Auto claims, and with this update, we’ve now added full support for Property claims.
By bringing new features to the platform, Livegenic aims to reduce the business workload and provide support for a greater number of our clients. We strongly believe that an innovative approach is the best way to meet our clients’ needs, so we will continue to focus on releasing new plug-ins, add-ons, and updates as we expand our platform.
